MAXILLA’S COOPERATION WITH
THE ESTONIAN HEALTH INSURANCE FUND
Maxilla Dental Clinic has concluded the following contracts with the Estonian Health Insurance Fund:
- The contract for the treatment of insured persons under 19 years of age
- Orthodontia contract for the treatment of insured persons under 19 years of age
- Facial and jaw surgery contract
- Denture compensation contract
- EHIF adult dental care benefit agreement
- Lifelong dental care contract (for a person with a mental or physical disability who lacks the ability to maintain oral hygiene)
When coming to the appointment for which the EHIF pays, the patient must pay an appointment fee of 5-20 euros to the clinic.
To book an appointment for a dental treatment for life, call the reception of the appropriate clinic and inform that it is a dental treatment for life.
NB! Orthodontic consultation is PAID for patients under 19 years of age if they contact us without a referral!
The Health Insurance Fund will reimburse orthodontic consultation for insured patients under 19 years of age only if they have a referral (even if there is no diagnosis funded by the Health Insurance Fund).
Orthodontic treatment is reimbursed only if the patient has a valid referral for an orthodontist appointment and there is also a corresponding diagnosis, which is revealed after the examination. If you contact us without a referral, orthodontic consultation and treatment are ALWAYS paid for (even if there is a diagnosis from the Health Insurance Fund).
