{"id":4261,"date":"2018-10-10T22:41:16","date_gmt":"2018-10-10T19:41:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.maxilla.ee\/?page_id=4261"},"modified":"2018-12-05T17:12:41","modified_gmt":"2018-12-05T15:12:41","slug":"procedure-for-issuing-medical-files","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.maxilla.ee\/en\/procedure-for-issuing-medical-files\/","title":{"rendered":"Procedure for issuing medical files"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Procedure for issuing medical files at AS Maxilla<\/h2>\n<p>The procedure for the issuance of medical files at AS Maxilla is in line with the European Union Personal Data Protection Regulation, which entered into force on 25 May 2018.<\/p>\n<p>A copy of the medical record, X-ray images, and dental models will be issued<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To the patient on the spot &#8211; the patient fills in the relevant application and submits an identity document with a photo, on the basis of which the medical file(s) are issued to the patient in accordance with the agreed procedure.
