Here you will find some examples of the price of the services provided by Maxilla Dental Clinic. Please note that the prices are indicative and the exact cost of the treatment will be revealed during the consultation. The full price list is available at the clinic.

  • An visit fee of €15 is added to each bill.
  • The Estonian Health Insurance Fund pays for the dental care of the children who have Estonian health insurance.
  • The children’s visit fee is 5€, which must be paid even if the visit itself is paid for by the Health Insurance Fund.
  • In the clinics, you can pay on the spot only in cash or with a bank card!

Canceling the visit

  • If for any reason you are unable to see a doctor at the agreed time, please let the relevant clinic know as soon as possible.
  • Please notify the reception by phone or by e-mail, see the contacts of clinics.
  • If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the start of the visit or in case of no-show, AS Maxilla has the right to apply a no-show fee from 50€ up to €90 depending on the visit.

An agreement with the Estonian Health Insurance Fund

  • The adult dental treatment benefit cannot be used for appointments with specialist doctors.
  • Maxilla Dental Clinic has a dental treatment compensation agreement for adults, a dental treatment compensation agreement for under 19 years old, a prosthesis compensation agreement and a contract for maxillofacial surgery concluded with the Estonian Health Insurance Fund.

  • If a patient under-19s does not show up for the Health Insurance visit, or cancels his booked appointment less than 24 hours before the start of the visit or procedure, the healthcare service provider has the right to charge the patient twice the visit fee the next time (§ 70 subsection 6 of the Health Insurance Act).

Discount information

  • For children who do not have Estonian health insurance or children who want treatment outside the waiting list of the EHIF, the benefit of 20% for the treatment of milk teeth apply and the treatment of permanent teeth is based on the price list of the clinic.
  • Maxilla customer card or Partner Card holders have a 5% discount.
  • To apply the discount, you must definitely express your wish before paying the bill, as the reception will not ask for this information separately.
  • The discount is ONLY valid upon presentation of the partner card by the patient, it will not be calculated retrospectively!
  • The card that gives discount must be in the name of the beneficiary.
  • Discounts are not taken into account when using the adult dental treatment benefit of the Health Insurance Fund during the visit.
